Farasha, which means butterfly in Arabic, is an international instructor and performer, she has studied and performed various dance styles since childhood. Her vision is to bring back the sacredness to belly dance, honoring the divine feminine in every woman through the most natural way a woman can move.
Drawing inspiration from world mythologies, art, nature, music and visionaries of Middle Eastern Dance; Jehan Kamal, Dina of Egypt, Helena Vlahos. She has quickly established herself as one of Las Vegas' most popular belly dancers. Known for her inspiring workshops, languid movement, powerful shimmies & mesmerizing performances, she invites her audience to open a window into her soul.
Farasha has been a featured dancer for Lebanese singer Wael Koufury's concert as well as music videos and stage shows. She has been featured in publications such as Women's Fitness Rx, Las Vegas Revue Journal, Luxury Las Vegas, Summerlin Magazine. She has been a guest instructor for the Boston Ballet, Las Vegas' own Belly Dance Intensive and currently teaches at the JW Marriott's beautiful Aquae Sulis spa in Summerlin, Las Vegas.
